BeatMyWish provides personalized song and music video creation services. We convert your wishes, messages, and lyrics into professional audio and video content for personal use.

2. Order Process

When you place an order:

• You provide accurate information including name, email, WhatsApp number, and song details.
• You select your preferred service (MP3 Song or Song + Video).
• You complete payment via Razorpay secure gateway.
• We confirm your order and begin production.

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before we start working on your song.
• Prices are clearly mentioned on our website (MP3 Song: ₹200, Song + Video: ₹1000).
• Express delivery option costs an additional ₹100.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

4. Delivery Policy

• Standard Delivery: 48 hours from order confirmation and payment.
• Express Delivery: 24 hours from order confirmation and payment (+₹100).
• Delivery is done via WhatsApp and Email.
• For video orders, delivery time starts after receiving photos.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• For video orders, you must provide clear, high-quality photos.
• You must ensure you have the right to use any lyrics or content you provide.
• You must not use our service for illegal or inappropriate content.

6. Intellectual Property

• The final song/video created by BeatMyWish is for your personal use only.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our work as your own.
• BeatMyWish retains the right to use samples for portfolio purposes (with identity hidden).

7. Limitation of Liability

BeatMyWish is not liable for:

• Delays caused by incorrect information provided by customer.
• Technical issues with WhatsApp, Email, or third-party platforms.
• Emotional or sentimental value of the content created.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. Prices and delivery times may be updated periodically.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Katihar, Bihar, India.
