1. Delivery Method
- All products (MP3 Songs and Videos) are delivered digitally.
- We do NOT ship any physical products.
- You will receive your order on:
- ✅ Your WhatsApp Number
- ✅ Your Email Address
- No address or PIN code is required for delivery.
2. Delivery Timeframes
⏱️ Standard Delivery: 48 Hours
Free delivery
⚡ Express Delivery: 24 Hours
Additional ₹100 charge
3. When Does Delivery Time Start?
Delivery time starts ONLY after:
- ✅ Full payment is received
- ✅ All required information is provided
- ✅ For video orders: Photos are received
⏰ Example: If you order Song + Video at 10 AM but send photos at 4 PM, delivery time starts from 4 PM.
4. Photos for Video Orders
- For Song + Video service, we need 3-5 photos.

- Delivery time starts after photos are received.
- Poor quality photos may cause delays or reduced video quality.
5. Delivery Process
- MP3 Song: We will send the audio file via WhatsApp and Email.
- Song + Video: We will share video download link via WhatsApp and Email.
- Revisions can be requested after delivery.
6. What If You Don't Receive?
- Check your WhatsApp - messages may be in "Archived" or "Spam" folder
- Check your Email - including Spam/Junk folder
- Contact us immediately at support@beatmywish.com
- We will resend within 2 hours
7. Delayed Delivery
- If we miss the promised delivery time, we will offer a discount on your next order.
- Refunds are not provided for delivery delays.
- Delays caused by WhatsApp/Email technical issues are not our responsibility.
