BeatMyWish does NOT offer refunds on any orders once payment is completed.

All sales are FINAL.

📌 Please read carefully before placing your order:

All songs and videos are custom-made, personalized products. Due to the nature of our service, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

1. No Refunds on Custom Work

  • Every song and video we create is custom-made according to your specifications.
  • Once we start production, the work cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • We do not offer "change of mind" refunds.
  • We do not offer refunds if you did not like the creative direction.

2. When Will We NOT Refund?

  • ❌ If you change your mind after ordering
  • ❌ If you provided incorrect information
  • ❌ If you did not like the song style
  • ❌ If the recipient did not like the song
  • ❌ If you found a better service elsewhere
  • ❌ For any personal or sentimental reasons

3. When Will We Consider Resolution?

While we do NOT offer refunds, we will provide resolution in these limited cases:

  • ✅ If we fail to deliver within promised timeframe (48H standard / 24H express)
  • ✅ If the final product is completely different from what was requested (major error)
  • ✅ Technical issues on our end that prevent delivery

In such cases, we will either:
• Fix/Revise the song free of cost
• Provide store credit for future order
• At our discretion, partial refund (rare)

4. Revisions, Not Refunds

  • We offer 1 revisions for MP3 Song orders.
  • We do not offer revisions for Song + Video orders.
  • Please be specific about changes you want.
  • Major creative changes after delivery may incur additional charges.

5. Delivery Delay Compensation

  • If we miss the promised delivery time (48H/24H), we will offer a discount on your next order.
  • Refunds are not provided for delivery delays.
  • Delivery time starts after we receive all required information (including photos for video).

6. Order Cancellation

  • Before payment: You can cancel anytime.
  • After payment, before production started: 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • After production started: No cancellation allowed.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about your order:

  • First, contact us at support@beatmywish.com
  • We will try to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
  • If unsatisfied, you may contact your bank/payment provider.
